Bx200i Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the bx200i platform by all registered and unregistered users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services we offer.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. bx200i reserves the right to update these terms from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the bx200i platform, you agree to be legally bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bx200i as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and refrain from completing account registration. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The bx200i platform is strictly for users who are 18 years and above. Users who are below the stipulated age limit are strictly prohibited from using any services on this platform. bx200i reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend or close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register one account only on the bx200i platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account passwords secure and must not disclose them to any third party. bx200i will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised password disclosure by the user.
User Responsibility
- Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities, fraud or system manipulation.
- The use of automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform is prohibited.
- Users must comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations relating to online betting.
- Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or platform vulnerabilities must be reported to bx200i and must not be used for personal gain.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bx200i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits are processed via supported local payment methods including DuitNow, online bank transfers and approved e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate and belong to themselves.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the verification process established by bx200i. bx200i reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, to ensure transaction security and compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
Transaction Limits & Restrictions
Bx200i sets minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals for each payment method. These limits are subject to change, and users are advised to refer to the payments section within their account for the latest information.
Suspicious transactions or those that do not comply with platform policy may be held for investigation. Funds obtained through fraudulent means or hacking are not eligible for withdrawal and will be fully forfeited.
Account Suspension, Restriction & Closure
Bx200i reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a terms of use violation, suspected fraudulent activity, use of false information, or for any reasonable platform security grounds.
Users found guilty of the following activities may face permanent account closure:
- Multiple account registrations or misuse of another person's identity.
- Use of credit cards or payment methods that are unauthorised or do not belong to the user.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate or disrupt platform systems.
- Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the bx200i support team through the available support channels. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending fund withdrawals.
Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the bx200i platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of bx200i and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, reproducing or using any platform content without prior written consent from bx200i.
Limitation of Liability
Bx200i is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, technical service disruptions or unexpected data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and bx200i makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times.
Third-Party Links & Services
The bx200i platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. bx200i is not responsible for the privacy policies, content or reliability of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Bx200i reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team for account closure procedures.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the bx200i platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
